  1. One option is to only open this in Adobe PDF Reader.  Unfortunately this is not something we can do to help our public view and use these files. We have no control over a user's computer or settings.
  2. Second option = convert so it is compatible with all viewers.  XFA PDF has to be converted to normal PDF so it can be read online and in any PDF reader.
  3. The FREE solution is to use and simple convert the XFA to a Normal PDF.
